Low Fare Policy – EaseAirFare (Texas, United States)

Effective Date: [Insert Date]
Last Updated: [Insert Date]

This Low Fare Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing how EaseAirFare identifies, displays, advertises, and facilitates access to airfare pricing through its website, mobile platforms, and related services. This Policy applies to all users accessing the EaseAirFare platform from the State of Texas and across the United States. By using the EaseAirFare website, conducting a fare search, or completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, as well as EaseAirFare’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

EaseAirFare acts exclusively as an online travel agency and intermediary. EaseAirFare does not own, operate, manage, or control any airline and does not determine airfare prices. All air transportation services are provided by independent airlines subject to their own terms, conditions, and contracts of carriage.

Definition and Scope of “Low Fare”

For the purposes of this Policy, the term “Low Fare” refers to the lowest airfare made available to EaseAirFare by an airline or authorized third-party supplier for a specific travel itinerary at the time a customer performs a search. Such fares are dependent on multiple variables including, but not limited to, airline seat inventory, fare class, booking conditions, route demand, travel dates, and applicable restrictions imposed by the airline.

Low fares are time-sensitive and inventory-controlled. As a result, the availability of a low fare may change or expire without prior notice and may no longer be available at the time of booking confirmation.

Fare Sourcing, Technology, and Display Practices

EaseAirFare collects and displays airfare data through live integrations with airlines, global distribution systems (GDS), consolidators, and other authorized pricing sources. While EaseAirFare uses reasonable commercial efforts to present accurate pricing, all fares remain under airline control and are subject to real-time changes.

Fare displays may include the following elements:

·         Airline-determined base airfare

·         Mandatory government taxes and airport fees

·         Airline-imposed surcharges, where applicable

EaseAirFare does not guarantee uninterrupted access to fare data or continuous price availability due to the dynamic nature of airline pricing systems.

Absence of Lowest Price Guarantee

EaseAirFare strives to present competitive airfare options; however, no representation or warranty is made that any fare shown is the lowest available price in the market. Pricing discrepancies may arise due to numerous factors beyond EaseAirFare’s control.

Such factors may include:

·         Airline-exclusive discounts or direct-booking promotions

·         Loyalty or frequent-flyer pricing benefits

·         Geographic or regional pricing models

·         Currency exchange rate variations

·         Limited-time promotional campaigns

EaseAirFare disclaims any obligation to match or beat prices offered by airlines or other travel providers.

Booking Process, Payment, and Ticket Issuance

A booking initiated through EaseAirFare is considered pending until full payment has been successfully processed and a confirmed ticket is issued by the airline. Until ticket issuance occurs, EaseAirFare reserves the right to notify customers of fare changes, availability issues, or booking failures.

Prior to ticket issuance, customers may be offered the option to:

·         Accept a revised or higher fare, or

·         Cancel the transaction without penalty from EaseAirFare

Airline cancellation rules may still apply depending on the circumstances.

Airfare Volatility and Market Conditions

Airfare pricing is inherently volatile and influenced by factors such as market demand, airline inventory controls, fuel costs, operational decisions, and competitive pricing strategies. EaseAirFare has no authority over these pricing mechanisms and shall not be responsible for any fare increases or decreases occurring before or after ticket issuance.

Customers are advised to complete bookings promptly to secure displayed fares.

Fare Holds and Temporary Reservations

Certain airlines may permit customers to temporarily reserve fares without immediate payment. These fares hold options are governed solely by airline policies.

Important considerations regarding fare holds include:

·         Fare holds are not universally available

·         Hold durations vary by airline

·         Fare availability is not guaranteed once the hold expires

EaseAirFare does not assume responsibility for fare changes following the expiration of a hold period.

Post-Purchase Price Changes and Refund Policies

Once an airline ticket has been issued, subsequent decreases in airfare do not entitle the customer to refunds, credits, or price adjustments. All refund, change, or cancellation requests are governed strictly by airline fare rules.

Customers should be aware that:

·         EaseAirFare service or processing fees are generally non-refundable

·         Refund timelines are determined by airlines and may vary

·         Some fares may be completely non-refundable

EaseAirFare does not influence airline refund decisions.

Fare Rules, Restrictions, and Customer Responsibility

Each airline fare is subject to specific rules and restrictions that govern its use. These rules vary by airline and fare type.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding:

·         Change and cancellation penalties

·         Refund eligibility and restrictions

·         Minimum or maximum stay conditions

·         Ticket validity and rebooking rules

EaseAirFare shall not be liable for losses resulting from a customer’s failure to comply with applicable fare rules.

Errors, Mispricing, and Technical Disruptions

In rare instances, fares may be displayed incorrectly due to system malfunctions, supplier data errors, or technical issues. If a fare is determined to be erroneous, EaseAirFare reserves the right to cancel the affected booking.

In such cases:

·         Customers will receive a full refund of amounts paid

·         Customers will be notified in a timely manner

·         Alternative booking options may be offered at EaseAirFare’s discretion

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Texas and United States law, EaseAirFare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from airfare discrepancies, booking errors, airline schedule changes, cancellations, or pricing inaccuracies. All air transportation services are provided by airlines pursuant to their own terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas.

Policy Revisions

EaseAirFare reserves the right to revise, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the EaseAirFare platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
