A1. Definitions

Certain words and phrases used in these Terms have specific meanings. These definitions apply throughout these Terms unless stated otherwise:

  • “EaseAirfare”, “we”, “us”, “our” means EaseAirfare.com and its operating entity.
  • “Platform” means the EaseAirfare.com website, mobile site, applications, and related services.
  • “Service Provider” means airlines, hotels, car rental companies, transport providers, or other third parties offering travel services through our Platform.
  • “Travel Service” means any flight, accommodation, transport, or travel-related product offered via the Platform.
  • “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for a Travel Service made through the Platform.
  • “You”, “User”, “Customer” means the person using the Platform or making a Booking.

A2. About These Terms

  1. By accessing our Platform or completing a Booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as any additional terms shown during the booking process.
  2. If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
  3. These Terms are divided into:
    • Section A: General terms applicable to all Travel Services
    • Service-specific sections: Additional terms applicable only to specific Travel Services (e.g., flights, accommodations, transport)
      If there is a conflict, the service-specific terms will prevail.
  4. The English version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or dispute, unless local law requires otherwise.

A3. About EaseAirfare.com

  1. EaseAirfare.com operates as an online travel booking intermediary.
  2. We provide the Platform that allows users to search, compare, and book Travel Services offered by independent Service Providers.
  3. EaseAirfare.com does not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, or other Service Providers and is not responsible for the actual Travel Services provided

A4. Our Platform

  1. Information displayed on the Platform is provided by Service Providers. While we take reasonable care to present accurate information, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free or complete.
  2. The display of any Travel Service does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of that Service Provider.
  3. When you make a Booking, the contract for the Travel Service is directly between you and the Service Provider.
  4. You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
  5. Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or make a Booking.

A5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Use the Platform only for legitimate travel bookings
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings
  • Behave respectfully toward Service Providers and customer support staff

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access for misuse or abuse.

A6. Platform Experience & Personalization

  1. We may personalize your experience based on your interactions, preferences, or location to improve usability and offer relevant services.
  2. We may test or modify Platform features, layouts, or offerings without notice as part of ongoing improvements.

A7. Prices

  1. Prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
  2. Prices are dynamic and may change until a Booking is confirmed and ticketed.
  3. Obvious pricing errors may result in cancellation of the Booking with a full refund of any amount paid.
  4. Any displayed discounts or strike-through prices represent comparisons based on similar conditions.

A8. Payment

  1. Payments may be processed by EaseAirfare.com or directly by the Service Provider, depending on the Travel Service.
  2. Some bookings require full or partial payment at the time of booking and may be non-refundable.
  3. Currency conversion charges or bank fees are determined by your payment provider and are outside our control.
  4. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and authorized.

A9. Policies (Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows)

  1. Each Booking is subject to the cancellation, change, and no-show policies of the applicable Service Provider.
  2. Some Travel Services may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
  3. Failure to check in or arrive on time may result in no refund.

Any service fees charged by EaseAirfare may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise

A10. Privacy & Cookies

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

A11. Accessibility Requests

  • For Platform-related accessibility issues, please contact our customer support team.
  • For Travel Service accessibility needs (wheelchair access, special assistance, etc.), please contact the Service Provider directly.

A12. Insurance

Travel insurance, if offered, is provided by third-party insurers. These Terms do not apply to insurance products, which are governed by separate policy documents.

A13. Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by EaseAirfare.com or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

A14. What If Something Goes Wrong?

  1. If you experience an issue, please contact our customer support with your Booking details.
  2. We will assist where possible, but responsibility for the Travel Service lies with the Service Provider.
  3. Legal remedies remain available to you under applicable law.

A15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • EaseAirfare.com is not liable for Service Provider failures, delays, cancellations, or denied boarding
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fees charged by us for the Booking

A16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction stated on the Platform. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts specified therein.

A17. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

B1. Scope of This Section

This section applies to hotel, resort, apartment, homestay, and other accommodation bookings made through EaseAirfare.com and is subject to Section A (All Travel Services).

B2. Contractual Relationship

  1. When you book accommodation, the contract is directly between you and the accommodation provider.
  2. EaseAirfare.com acts only as a booking intermediary and is not a party to the accommodation contract.

B3. Our Role

  1. We provide the Platform for searching, comparing, and booking accommodations.
  2. Accommodation details (prices, photos, amenities, policies) are provided by the accommodation provider and may change without notice.

B4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing correct guest details
  • Reviewing accommodation policies before booking
  • Complying with house rules, check-in/check-out times, and local laws
  • Any damage, loss, or misconduct during your stay

B5. Prices & Payments

  1. Prices may include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
  2. Some accommodations require:
    • Advance payment
    • Payment at check-in or check-out
  3. Security deposits may be required and are governed by the accommodation provider’s policy.

B6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the accommodation’s cancellation policy.
  2. Some bookings are non-refundable.
  3. No-shows may result in full charges.
  4. EaseAirfare service fees may be non-refundable.

B7. Issues During Stay

Any complaints or issues during the stay should be raised directly with the accommodation provider as soon as possible. EaseAirfare may assist but is not liable for service failures.

C1. Scope of This Section

This section applies to tours, attractions, tickets, activities, and experiences booked through EaseAirfare.com.

C2. Contractual Relationship

  1. The contract is directly between you and the attraction or activity provider.
  2. EaseAirfare.com is not the provider of attractions or activities.

C3. Our Role

  1. We enable booking of attractions through third-party providers or aggregators.
  2. Availability, schedules, and inclusions are determined by the provider.

C4. Your Responsibilities

You must: 

  • Arrive on time
  • Meet age, health, and safety requirements
  • Follow instructions and safety rules
  • Carry valid tickets or vouchers

C5. Prices & Payments

  1. Prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmed.
  2. Full payment is usually required at booking.

C6. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Most attraction tickets are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds or rescheduling depend on the provider’s policy.
  3. Missed activities are treated as no-shows.

C7. Safety & Liability

Participation is at your own risk. EaseAirfare is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during activities.

D1. Scope of This Section 

This section applies to car rentals, airport transfers, private taxis, and other ground transport services booked through EaseAirfare.com.

D2. Contractual Relationship

  1. The rental or transport contract is directly between you and the service provider.
  2. EaseAirfare.com only facilitates the booking.

D3. Our Role

  1. We display transport options based on availability provided by service providers.
  2. Vehicle images are illustrative; actual vehicles may vary.

D4. Your Responsibilities

You must: 

  • Arrive on time for pickup
  • Carry valid driving license, ID, and payment method
  • Meet age and eligibility requirements
  • Follow traffic laws and rental agreements

D5. Prices, Deposits & Extras

  1. Prices may exclude
    • Fuel
    • Tolls
    • Parking
    • Optional extras (GPS, child seats, insurance)
  2. Security deposits may be required at pickup.

D6. Cancellations, Amendments & No-Shows

  1. Cancellation rules depend on the service provider.
  2. Late arrival or no-show may result in full charges.
  3. Early returns usually do not qualify for refunds.

D7. Accidents & Damage

You are responsible for reporting accidents, damage, or breakdowns to the service provider immediately and complying with insurance requirements.

E1. Scope of This Section

  1. This section applies specifically to flight bookings made through EaseAirfare.com.
  2. It applies in addition to Section A (All Travel Services).
  3. If there is any conflict between Section A and this Section E, Section E will prevail for flight-related matters.

E2. Contractual Relationship

  1. EaseAirfare.com acts solely as an intermediary between you and the airline or authorized third-party ticket provider.
  2. When you book a flight:
    • Your Contract of Carriage is directly with the airline
    • Any ticketing or booking facilitation may be handled by a Third-Party Aggregator
  3. EaseAirfare.com is not a party to the Contract of Carriage and does not operate flights.

E3. Our Role

  1. We provide the Platform that allows you to search, compare, and book flights.
  2. Flight information (fares, schedules, baggage, rules) is supplied by airlines or aggregators and may change without notice.
  3. After booking, your passenger details will be shared with the airline or ticketing provider to issue your ticket.

E4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate passenger names exactly as per government-issued ID or passport
  • Review all flight details before payment
  • Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, transit visa, health requirements)
  • Follow airline check-in, boarding, and baggage rules 

EaseAirfare.com is not responsible for denied boarding due to documentation errors.

E5. Prices, Taxes & Fees

  1. Flight fares are dynamic and may change until ticket issuance.
  2. Prices may include:
    • Base fare
    • Airline taxes and government fees
    • Fuel surcharges
    • Service fees charged by EaseAirfare.com or the ticketing provider
  3. Obvious pricing or system errors may result in booking cancellation with a full refund.

E6. Payment & Ticketing

  1. Payment may be processed by:
    • EaseAirfare.com
    • A third-party ticketing provider
    • The airline directly
  2. A booking is confirmed only after ticket issuance.
  3. If ticket issuance fails due to payment or system issues, the booking may be cancelled and refunded.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  1. All changes and cancellations are governed by the airline’s fare rules.
  2. Many discounted fares are non-refundable and non-changeable.
  3. Airline penalties, fare differences, and service fees may apply.
  4. Refund timelines depend on:
    • Airline processing
    • Payment method
  5. EaseAirfare service fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

E8. No-Show & Missed Flights 

  1. Failure to check-in or board a flight may result in a no-show.
  2. No-show tickets may be fully forfeited, including return or onward segments.
  3. Airlines may cancel remaining segments if earlier segments are unused.

E9. Airline Schedule Changes & Cancellations 

  1. Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routes, or cancel flights.
  2. In such cases:
    • The airline determines rebooking, refund, or compensation
    • EaseAirfare may assist but is not liable for airline decisions

E10. Baggage & Ancillary Services

  1. Baggage allowance is determined by the airline and may vary by fare type.
  2. Charges may apply for:
    • Checked baggage
    • Excess or overweight baggage
    • Seat selection
    • Meals or other onboard services
  3. EaseAirfare is not responsible for airline baggage policy changes.

E11. Code-Share & Operating Carriers

  1. Some flights may be operated by airlines other than the ticketing carrier (code-share).
  2. Check-in, baggage rules, and onboard services are governed by the operating carrier.

E12. Prohibited Ticketing Practices

  1. Airlines prohibit:
    • Hidden-city ticketing
    • Back-to-back ticketing
    • Skipping flight segments
  2. If you engage in prohibited practices:
    • Airlines may cancel tickets
    • You may be liable for fare differences or penalties

E13. International Travel

  1. You are responsible for:
    • Entry and exit requirements
    • Passport validity
    • Visas and transit visas
  2. EaseAirfare does not guarantee entry into any country and is not responsible for immigration decisions.

E14. Airline Liability & Passenger Rights

  1. Airline liability for delays, cancellations, injuries, or baggage is governed by:
    • The airline’s Contract of Carriage
    • Applicable international conventions and local laws
  2. EaseAirfare does not provide compensation beyond what is required by law.

E15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • EaseAirfare is not liable for airline operational issues
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees charged for the flight booking

E16. Governing Law

This Section is governed by the same law and jurisdiction specified in Section A16 of these Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Flights

1. General Policy

EaseAirfare.com acts as a booking intermediary. All flight refunds, cancellations, and changes are governed primarily by the airline’s fare rules and Contract of Carriage. By booking a flight through EaseAirfare.com, you agree to the airline’s applicable policies as displayed during the booking process.

2. Ticket Types & Refund Eligibility

  • Refundable Tickets:
    Eligible for refund as per airline rules. Airline penalties and service fees may apply.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets:
    Most discounted or promotional fares are non-refundable. In such cases, only refundable taxes (if permitted by the airline) may be returned.
  • Partially Used Tickets:
    Refund eligibility depends on airline fare rules and may be reduced or denied.

3. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested through EaseAirfare customer support or the airline (as applicable).
  • Airline cancellation penalties, fare differences, and EaseAirfare service fees may apply.
  • Some tickets cannot be cancelled once issued.
  • Failure to cancel before departure may be treated as a no-show.

 No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to check in or board the flight on time, the ticket may be marked as no-show.
  • No-show tickets are typically non-refundable.
  • Airlines may automatically cancel remaining or return segments.

5. Changes & Reissues

  • Flight changes are subject to airline fare rules.
  • Additional charges may include:
    • Airline change fees
    • Fare difference
    • EaseAirfare service fee
  • Some tickets do not permit changes under any circumstances.

6. Cancellations or Changes by the Airline

If an airline:

  • Cancels a flight
  • Makes a significant schedule change
  • Changes routing or aircraft

Then:

  • The airline determines refund, rebooking, or credit eligibility.
  • EaseAirfare may assist with coordination but is not responsible for airline decisions.

Compensation (if any) is governed by airline policy and applicable law.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed after airline authorization.
  • Typical timelines:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–21 business days
    • UPI / Wallets / Other Methods: As per payment provider
  • EaseAirfare is not responsible for bank or payment gateway delays.

8. Service Fees

  • EaseAirfare service fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Airline service fees and third-party charges may also be non-refundable.

9. Taxes & Ancillary Services

  • Refund of government taxes depends on airline policy.
  • Ancillary services (seats, baggage, meals, insurance) are:
    • Non-refundable unless airline rules allow
    • Governed by the respective provider’s terms

10. Incorrect Passenger Details

  • Tickets issued with incorrect names, dates, or routes may be non-refundable.
  • Name changes are usually not permitted or treated as cancellation and reissue.

11. Special Circumstances

Refunds due to:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions

Are subject to airline discretion and documentation requirements.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting EaseAirfare first may delay resolution.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in booking suspension or account restriction.

13. Important Notice

EaseAirfare.com does not guarantee refunds unless approved by the airline. All decisions regarding refund eligibility rest with the airline and applicable fare rules.
