1. ROLE OF EASEAIRFARE (IMPORTANT)
EaseAirfare does not operate airlines and does not control airline refund decisions.
All refunds, cancellations, changes, and no-show outcomes are governed primarily by:

- Airline Contract of Carriage
- Applicable government regulations
EaseAirfare’s role is limited to facilitating requests and coordinating with airlines or service providers.

2.1 Refundable Tickets
- Eligible for refund as per airline rules.
- Airline cancellation penalties, fare differences, and EaseAirfare service fees may apply.

2.2 Non-Refundable Tickets
- Most promotional, discounted, Basic, Saver, or Lite fares are non-refundable.
- In such cases:
- Only refundable government taxes (if permitted by the airline) may be returned.
- EaseAirfare service fees are non-refundable.
2.3 Partially Used Tickets

3. CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

6. AIRLINE-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS OR SCHEDULE CHANGES
If an airline:

- Makes a significant schedule change
- Changes the routing or aircraft
Then:
- The airline determines refund, rebooking, or credit eligibility.
- EaseAirfare may assist with coordination only.
- Compensation (if any) is governed by airline policy and applicable law.
EaseAirfare is not responsible for airline operational decisions

7. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES
Refunds are processed only after airline authorisation.

- Credit/Debit Cards: 7–21 business days
- Wallets / Bank Transfers / Crypto: As per payment provider timelines

- Airlines
- Banks
- Payment gateways
- Blockchain confirmations (for crypto payments)
8. SERVICE FEES (VERY IMPORTANT)
- EaseAirfare service, booking, and convenience fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- This applies even if the airline fare itself is refundable.
